When will these products be available?

They are available now. Tested and ready for shipping. Unlike other suppliers we don’t over promise on dates. We deliver.

Will SHG products integrate with my existing setup?

Yes. SHG provides both custom and standard solutions for all major headset and communication platforms. We manufacture a wide range of headsets, connection cords, push-to-talk devices, and wireless DECT solutions. We have
specifically designed a new set of products as superior replacement options to Poly. If you have specialized requirements, our engineering team can design and certify a fit-for-purpose solution.

How does SHG handle product reliability and warranty support?

Every SHG headset is built for mission-critical uptime. Our standard warranty covers 2 years on headsets cables and accessories

If something does go wrong, we offer same-day swap from stocked inventory so you never face extended downtime. We also run a refurbishment program that replaces worn parts, sanitizes, and fully tests units at a reduced cost.
